The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has issued an important notice for candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted for the Uttarakhand Combined State Lower Subordinate Services (Lower PCS) Main Examination-2024 interview. The commission has asked certain candidates claiming Uttarakhand State Activist Dependent (UKRAA) Reservation to submit the required reservation certificate or related documents before the prescribed deadline.
Why Has UKPSC Issued This Notice?
According to the official notification released on 06 July 2026, some shortlisted candidates have deficiencies in their UKRAA reservation documents. These include:
- Certificate not submitted in the prescribed format.
- Certificate issued after the prescribed cut-off date.
- UKRAA certificate not attached with the application form.
Candidates must rectify these deficiencies to ensure their eligibility for the interview process.
Category-Wise Deficiency Details
Category A – Certificate Not in Prescribed Format
The following candidates submitted a UKRAA certificate, but it was not issued in the format prescribed under Government Order No. 139/XX(8)/24-27 (Ra.Aa.)/2018 dated 24 November 2024. They must submit a certificate in the prescribed format issued before 04 January 2025.
