This drive aims to hire eligible candidates for Technician Grade I Signal (Pay Level 5) and multiple trades of Technician Grade III (Pay Level 2). Q1. Can I apply to more than one Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) for the same pay level?
👉A: No. Candidates can select only one RRB for a given pay level. Submitting multiple applications to different RRBs for the same pay level will result in the rejection of all your applications.

Q2. Is there any fee refund provided after the exam?
👉A: Yes. Candidates who actually appear in the Computer Based Test (CBT) will receive a partial or full refund of their examination fee (minus bank charges) back to their Aadhaar-linked bank account.

Q3. Are candidates awaiting their final educational results eligible to apply?
👉A: No. Candidates awaiting the final results of their prescribed educational or technical qualifications on the closing date are not eligible to apply.

Q4. Is a pre-saved photograph required for the online application?
👉A: No. The application module captures a live photo of the candidate directly via a webcam or front mobile camera during the application process.

Q5. Is there negative marking in the Computer Based Test (CBT)?
👉A: Yes. There is a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for each wrong answer in the CBT examination.
