• Complaints regarding exam malpractice must be submitted through the BPSC Online Application Portal.
• Login using your Username and Password, then select “GRIEVANCE” → “Exam Malpractice” to register your complaint.
• Candidates appearing in the Preliminary Competitive Examination under Advertisement No. 09/2026 can report any irregularity or misconduct at their allotted examination centre.
• Complaints must be submitted during the examination or within 48 hours after the examination concludes.
• Uploading a signed Affidavit is mandatory. Complaints without an affidavit will not be considered.
• Candidates should provide complete details, supporting evidence, date, time, place, and names of the persons involved (if known).
• Incomplete, false, anonymous, or evidence-free complaints will not be entertained.
• Only candidates who appeared in the examination can file complaints. Third-party complaints will not be accepted.
• Action will be taken against candidates who submit false, misleading, or fabricated complaints.
• Complaints will be investigated based on affidavits, CCTV footage, invigilator reports, and other available evidence.
