BOB Recruitment 2024 Contractual Period:
The Bank of Baroda recruitment 2024 offers a contract-based engagement for an initial period of 3 years, or until the employee reaches 62 years of age, whichever comes first. After this, the contract can be renewed annually for one year at a time, based on performance. However, the total engagement period cannot exceed five years, and employees cannot be retained beyond the age of 62.
