The Indian Forest Service (IFS) is one of the three All India Services. This examination is conducted annually by the UPSC to recruit officers for managing the country’s vast forest resources and wildlife. Candidates must first clear the Civil Services (Preliminary) exam to qualify for the IFS Main examination.
