The selection process is conducted in 5 main stages:
🔹 Stage 1: Written Examination
The written exam consists of two papers:
✅ Paper–I (Objective Type)
- Subject: General Ability & Intelligence
- Marks: 250
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Language: Hindi & English
- Negative Marking: Yes (1/3rd marks deducted)
✅ Paper–II (Descriptive Type)
- Subject: General Studies, Essay & Comprehension

- Duration: 3 Hours
- Language: Essay in Hindi or English

- 800 meters race – 3 min 45 sec
- Long Jump – 3.5 meters (3 chances)
- Shot Put (7.26 kg) – 4.5 meters
For Female Candidates
- 100 meters race – 18 seconds
- 800 meters race – 4 min 45 sec
- Long Jump – 3 meters (3 chances)
- Shot Put (4 kg) – 3 meters
