NABARD Specialist Jobs 2024 Contract Period :-
Both positions are contractual for an initial period of 2 years, which can be extended for up to 3 additional years based on performance. The total engagement will not exceed 5 years. NABARD retains the right to terminate the contract at any time with one month’s notice. Similarly, the employee can also resign by giving one month’s notice.

NABARD Specialist Jobs 2024 Selection Process:-
Shortlisting:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.
- NABARD will shortlist candidates in a ratio of 1:3, meaning for every vacancy, three candidates will be invited for the interview.
Interview:
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- The final selection will be based on the interview performance.
Medical Examination:
- Selected candidates must undergo a pre-recruitment medical examination.
- Final appointments will only be made for candidates who are declared medically fit by NABARD’s Medical Officer.
Final Appointment:
- The final decision will be made by a Selection Committee constituted by NABARD.
- NABARD reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process if required.
