SBI Wealth Management Recruitment 2026- Education Qualification:
1. Head Sales
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed college/university.
- Preferred: CFP, CFA, NISM V-A or NISM 21-A.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in managing sales teams in Wealth Management, Retail Banking or AMCs.
- At least 8 years of experience leading large teams of Relationship Managers and Team Leads is required.
2. Central Research Team (Product Lead)
- MBA/PGDM from a recognized college/university or CA/CFA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Equity Research/Products in Wealth Management, AMC, Mutual Funds or Banks.
- Preferred qualifications include NISM Investment Advisor/Research Analyst, CFP and NISM 21A/21B.
3. Manager (Business Process)
- MBA/PGDM from a Government-recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in banks, wealth management firms or broking firms.
- Experience in business processes in the wealth management area is preferred.
4. Project Development Manager (Technology)
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM from a Government-recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in banking technology, preferably in a business function.
5. Central Operations Team (COT) Support
- Graduation from a Government-recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, investment advisory, private banking or Wealth Management Solution Providers.
- At least 2 years of experience in Central Operations in the Wealth Management business.
Note: Teaching and training experience will not be counted for eligibility. Experience of less than six months in an organization is also not considered.
