The educational qualifications for each position in the Power Grid recruitment are as follows:
- Diploma Trainee (Electrical)
– Full-Time Regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical (Power), Electrical & Electronics, Power Systems Engineering, or Power Engineering (Electrical) from a recognized Technical Board/Institute.
– Minimum 70% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates; pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. - Diploma Trainee (Civil)
– Full-Time Regular Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Technical Board/Institute.
– Minimum 70% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates; pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. - Junior Officer Trainee (HR)– Three years full-time Graduate Degree (BBA, BBM, BBS, or equivalent) from a recognized Institute/University.
– Minimum 60% marks for General/EWS/OBC (NCL) category candidates.
– Candidates with postgraduate degrees or higher qualifications are not eligible for this position. - Junior Officer Trainee (F&A)
– Inter CA/Inter CMA qualification.
– Candidates with a full CA/CMA or postgraduate qualifications are not eligible. - Assistant Trainee (F&A)
– Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with a minimum of 60% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates; pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
– Candidates with higher postgraduate qualifications are not eligible.
